Verity is a hugely experienced teacher having taught in South London schools as well as tutoring privately. She would be a particularly good choice for common entrance exams and has had success with Alleyn`s, Emanuel, Graveney, JAGS, Rosemead, Royal Russell, St Dunstan’s, Sydenham High, Streatham and Clapham High and Dunraven School.

“I have more than 35 years of teaching experience in mainstream Secondary schools, specialising in Religious Education, History and PHSE and I currently work in schools for children with Special Needs in Primary and Secondary.

“As a tutor for 8 years I have worked with children from age 4 upto 16, focusing largely on English and Maths at all levels and successfully helping students with entrance to State Selective, Grammmar and Independent schools. This has been achieved by not only practising past papers, but by nurturing their confidence in their own ability by highlighting their strengths and building on these.
