Profile
Nicole is an engaging, dynamic and experienced tutor, with a First Class BA and Master’s in English from the University of Oxford, where she was placed 15th in the year overall. She is a freelance book reviewer for publications including the TLS and she works part-time in museum education, running learning programmes for schools. This means Nicole’s approach to teaching is both creative and rigorous.
Nicole has prepared students for GCSEs, A Levels and 11+/13+ entrance exams. She is familiar with a range of exam boards and qualifications, including CIE English Literature/Language exams, OCR and AQA English Literature/Language GCSE, Eduqas and OCR English Literature/Language A Level. Nicole has also prepared students for entrance exams for top independent schools, including Eton and Westminster, and for entrance exams for state grammars. She is familiar with the entrance exams for a variety of schools local to Dulwich Tutors, including Alleyn’s, JAGs and Dulwich College.
