Carys has been a brilliant tutor for our son as he is preparing for his 11+ exams. Her bespoke lessons are a balanced combination of challenges, positive reinforcement, and always some fun. Carys was incredibly patient and understanding of M’s learning style. She paid attention to how and what techniques worked best for M and her approach was highly individualised. Carys always praised M’s strengths and progress as well as challenging her and identifying her areas for development. My daughter’s confidence soared with Carys and for the first time in her life she began to enjoy maths. M’s SAT result was spectacular, and so different from what had been predicted at the start of year 6. Carys brought out the best in my daughter and it was a pleasure for us all.
