Steve has worked as a Primary School teacher for the last seventeen years and knows exactly what it takes to enable pupils to reach their full potential. His experience lies with English, Maths and Reasoning which are the core subjects tested at 11+ level. With almost a decade in Year 6, Steve has a wealth of resources and online programmes which steer pupils towards the relevant tests for their chosen schools: from St Paul’s, City and Eltham to Newstead Wood, St Olave’s and the Bexley Grammar Schools.

Steve was originally a journalist for fifteen years where a high standard of English was fundamental for each assignment. He has almost exclusively worked in mixed-ability classes, including students on the SEN register and those with a dyslexia diagnosis. He loves the daily challenge of enabling pupils to achieve exam success. Outside of the classroom, he is a keen athlete and a Cricket enthusiast.
