Sasha is a dedicated, knowledgeable and engaging tutor with nearly seven years of experience. She is a calm and adaptable tutor, able to shape lessons in line with exam requirements, personal interests and the unique learning styles of each of her students. After having extensive training in classical music from the ages of 8-18 in clarinet, piano and voice, Sasha instead opted to follow her intellectual passion in studying History and South Asian Studies at SOAS, University of London. This has provided her with not only an extensive understanding of the conservatoire audition and application process, but also in simultaneously excelling academically in A levels at the same time. She also holds an MPhil from the department of Politics and International Studies from the University of Cambridge.

Sasha has prepared students in GCSE, A-Level and ABRSM Music exams across London and Cambridge. She is experienced with exam boards such as AQA, OCR, Edexcel and WJEC. She has also tutored students towards a number of Russell Group and US Universities. Sasha has an extensive experience as a history researcher for books and documentaries. Prior to her MPhil, she worked as a South Asia analyst for a political risk firm. Alongside tutoring, Sasha plays clarinet in local orchestras and ensembles in South London. She enjoys walks, cycling, cooking with friends and playing music with others.
