Raffik has over 8 years of tutoring experience, specialising in the 11+, 13+ exams and GCSEs as well as interview and debating practice. Raffik loves his job and really enjoys connecting with his students to bring the best out of them. He believes that creating a warm and friendly environment is key to putting the student at ease, so that they are eager to work hard and achieve their desired results. Raffik’s aims go beyond just exam results – he endeavours to instill confidence and ambition in all of his students through an empathetic approach that draws on his extensive experience.
Raffik studied Social Anthropology BA at the LSE, where he received the Jean La Fontaine prize for Outstanding First Class honours, gaining the highest mark in the year. He was then awarded the Sekforde House scholarship to study an MSc in Medical Anthropology at UCL, where he was included on the Dean’s List for his work, achieving the highest distinction.
He now focuses his energies on music and will embark upon a Phd in Medical Anthropology, looking at the relationship between mental health, society and culture.
