Profile
Patrick was educated at The London Oratory School (A-Levels in English, Maths, Music, and Physics) and the University of Oxford, where he received a BA Honours and Masters with Distinction. He began a PhD in Mathematical Music Theory at New College, Oxford, which is now deferred till he completes his study into vocal physiology and operatic performance. To this end, he has recently completed another qualification at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, and now studies a further Level 7 degree at the Royal Academy of Music.
Patrick has worked as a tutor for a variety of clientele, ranging from teaching mathematical music theory to second-year undergraduates at the University of Oxford, to teaching GCSE students online during the Covid-19 pandemic. He spent 4 years working for Oxford Royale Academy, an international summer school based in Oxfordshire in various academic and pastoral guises for the company, rising to a senior management position (Assitant Programme Director) in the summers of 2018 and 2019.
In his spare time, Patrick can be found listening to Pink Floyd and Dire Straits, thinking about sailing, and concocting novel red-wine pasta dishes. Often all at the same time.
