Mariam has recently graduated from King’s College London with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English in 2020 and has completed a Master’s in Contemporary Literature from the same university in 2021. She is passionate about English Literature and has been tutoring the subject for six years. In this time she has helped six students pass their 11+ entrance exams and gain a place at prestigious grammar and independent schools Wilson’s, Wallington Country Grammar, Sutton Grammar, Wallington High School for Girls, Old Palace of John Whitgift and Whitgift School.

As well as aiding students in their 11+ exams, she has also helped two students achieve As in English A Level, allowing them to gain entry to top Russell Group universities UCL and Nottingham.

Tuition has lead Mariam to decide to train as a secondary school teacher and she is due to undertake a PGCE course at King’s College London from September 2022.
