Jessica achieved a first class BA in Geography from The University of Manchester in 2017 and an MA in ‘Politics, Development and The Global South’ from Goldsmiths in 2018.

She has experience in previously tutoring a sixth form student with SEN needs (dyslexia and dyspraxia) in A-Level History and Geography as well as assisting with his UCAS application which included The University of Oxford. This tutee achieved an A* in Geography and an A in History and went on to study at The University of Warwick.

Jessica has worked at Coram children’s legal centre and New City College after finishing her masters in 2018 as well as volunteering as a caseworker for The Unity Project and a workshop facilitator for The London Welcome Project. Both volunteer roles aimed to break down the barriers that many migrants, refugees and asylum seekers face in the UK. Thus, Jessica is thoroughly knowledgable when it comes to UK policy surrounding areas of immigration, housing, employment and welfare.

Jessica is very passionate about Geography, History and Politics- she studied these herself for A-Levels and has since then immersed herself in roles where the themes from these subjects are apparent.
