Henry is a fully trained English and Drama teacher and has been teaching for the last 8 years.
He has worked as a teacher in a number of different secondary schools and is extremely accustomed to both classroom teaching and tutoring one on one.
He’s passionate about giving students the confidence to be able to approach their work without anxiety and to give them the necessary skills to attend school with a driven but relaxed and happy mindset.
What is more, Henry has extensive experience tutoring SEND pupils. Through the experience of struggling with his own dyslexia as a student, Henry has managed to develop and adopt teaching techniques that improve pupils’ literacy and helps them to overcome their academic challenges.
His work as an actor and writer has recently lead him to supply teaching and tutoring work rather than full-time teaching within secondary schools. Henry has therefore taught a number of different subjects within schools and is happy to work across a broad range of the curriculum.
He was a sports scholar at school and his passions naturally include film, music, TV, theatre and sport (he supports Harlequins and West Ham United!).
