Daniella is passionate about empowering young people to take ownership of their studies and get excited about the doors education can open – whether that’s getting into a particular school, mapping the path for a future vocation or just exploring a fascinating new topic.
She has a BA in English Literature from Cambridge, where she juggled rigorous academic demands with captaining the Blues lacrosse team in her final year. Prior to this, Daniella gained three A*s in her A Levels at Stowe School in English, Economics and Geography, where she was a scholarship student. She has a master’s (with Distinction) in Psychology and is currently undertaking doctoral training to become a Psychologist at City University, London.
Daniella has experience tutoring children from 7+ and 11+ to A Level, and has successfully tutored students for St Paul’s, Bute House and Eton College among others, as well as Oxbridge applications. Her approach is to develop an open, trusting relationship with students to allow them to maturely identify areas to work on and reap the rewards of their hard work. After an initial session to assess a student, she will tailor lesson plans based on ability and the school or grade they are looking to achieve.
Outside of academics, Daniella has worked in two of London’s top advertising agencies, travelled extensively in Japan, Central America, Australia, and played lacrosse for England U19.
