Archie W

Archie is a successful Veterinary Medicine applicant with over 1000 hours of Maths and Science tuition experience.

 

He has over 3 years of experience and tutors all UK exam boards, having worked as a private tutor but also for boarding schools and Maple Group sixth form colleges.

 

Archie specialises in helping his students prepare for examinations and learning how to ‘read’ the mark schemes – a skill often overlooked by educational institutions. He prides himself on his ability to connect with his tutees, especially those who feel out of place in school or college. Archie sees himself as more of a mentor than a tutor; helping the student learn how to teach themselves and build their academic confidence.

 

Outside of tutorials Archie loves spending time outdoors and in nature, when he isn’t tutoring he’s working at his local riding yard or dairy farm!
