Alice is originally from Newcastle upon Tyne and studied at Glasgow University gaining an MA Arts in English and Theatre Studies. She won a scholarship to ALRA (Academy of Live and Recorded Art) where she achieved an MA in Acting. When not Acting, Alice regularly works as a Teaching Assisant in a SEN Primary School and is highly experienced working with children with a huge range of needs in KS1 and KS2 particularly working with children with Autism.
Alice’s approach to tutoring is adaptive, creative and sensitive. She believes finding the right boundaries and routines for each child is important to build confidence and creates an encouraging, nurturing and fun atmosphere.
Alice has most recently worked for the Royal Shakespeare Company and also runs her own award winning Theatre Company. When not acting or teaching she really loves music and plays violin, piano, clarinet and accordion.
